no Mato Grosso; na divisa com o Tocantins; no extremo sul da Amaz\u00f4nia; a 1.200 km ao norte de Bras\u00edlia.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e3o F\u00e9lix do Araguaia conta hoje com 11.000 habitantes embora o <a class=\"blog-link\" a=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/pt.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/S%C3%A3o_F%C3%A9lix_do_Araguaia\" target=\"\u201c_blank\u201d\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> munic\u00edpio tem uma \u00e1rea <strong> equivalente a metade de toda a B\u00e9lgica. <\/strong> <\/a><\/p>\n<p>Emancipado politicamente em 1976, <strong> a cidade est\u00e1 situada \u00e0 margem de um dos grandes rios do Brasil, o Rio Araguaia. <\/strong> L\u00e1, \u00abo rio mais lindo do mundo\u00bb, como o chamou Casald\u00e1liga, atravessa a regi\u00e3o de sul a norte, embora o fa\u00e7a em curvas sinuosas, como os grandes rios tropicais. De sua passagem por S\u00e3o F\u00e9lix, ainda lhe restam mais de mil quil\u00f4metros para desaguar, juntando-se ao rio Tocantins, no Amazonas.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=&#8221;https:\/\/fperecasaldaliga.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Imatge-1-SFA.jpg&#8221; header_2_line_height_phone=&#8221;1.5em&#8221; header_2_line_height_last_edited=&#8221;on|desktop&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>Mais perto, a mil metros de altura, podemos avistar toda a cidade de S\u00e3o F\u00e9lix, entre o rio Araguaia ao leste (\u00e0 direita da imagem) e a sa\u00edda da cidade pela estrada de terra (a Rodovia BR-242) \u00e0 oeste (esquerda).<\/p>\n<p>Na margem direita do rio Araguaia est\u00e1 a <a class=\"blog-link\" a=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/pt.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ilha_do_Bananal\" target=\"\u201c_blank\u201d\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Ilha do Bananal<\/strong><\/a>, \u00aba maior ilha fluvial do mundo\u00bb, do tamanho de El Salvador, localizada entre os dois bra\u00e7os do Araguaia.<\/p>\n<p>Na imagem tamb\u00e9m podemos ver o pequeno aeroporto municipal localizado no bairro chamado Vila Santo Ant\u00f4nio.<\/p>\n<p>Abrindo o link do Google tamb\u00e9m se poder\u00e1 ver <strong> <a class=\"blog-link\" a=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/HjcjoGeoBxDGcpARA\" target=\"\u201c_blank\u201d\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">a \u00abcasa do bispo\u00bb onde Casald\u00e1liga morou por mais de 30 anos<\/a> <\/strong>. \u00c9 uma casa exteriormente muito semelhante \u00e0s outras casas vizinhas, embora por dentro seja uma das mais simples de toda a rua, ainda hoje. Em primeiro lugar, destaca-se esse \u00abtri\u00e2ngulo\u00bb, que \u00e9 o que poder\u00edamos chamar de bairro \u00abvelho\u00bb da cidade. No topo, \u00e0 direita, encontra-se o <strong>Cemit\u00e9rio Karaj\u00e1<\/strong>, onde est\u00e1 a sepultura de Pedro Casald\u00e1liga e para onde vamos. \u00c0 direita o grande rio Araguaia, descendo para o norte (acima na imagem), em dire\u00e7\u00e3o ao Amazonas.<\/p>\n<p>No centro da imagem voc\u00ea tamb\u00e9m pode ver a igreja deste bairro triangular. Trata-se da<strong> <a class=\"blog-link\" a=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/aoiYwFrRfqVGMvdw7\" target=\"\u201c_blank\u201d\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> Catedral de S\u00e3o F\u00e9lix do Araguaia <\/a> <\/strong>. Nela se poder\u00e1 ver o mural que Casald\u00e1liga ecomendou ao pintor Maximino Cerezo Barredo e que se tornou o \u00edcone mais difundido e reconhecido da Igreja da Liberta\u00e7\u00e3o. Na fachada da Catedral podemos ver outro grande mural, feito de azulejos, tamb\u00e9m de Cerezo Barredo, representando a Assun\u00e7\u00e3o de Maria, padroeira do templo (ambas as imagens, e outras do local, podem ser vistas no Google Maps ou indo <a class=\"blog-link\" a=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/aoiYwFrRfqVGMvdw7\" target=\"\u201c_blank\u201d\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> AQUI<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 esquerda da imagem, vemos real\u00e7ada novamente <strong> <a class=\"blog-link\" a=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/HjcjoGeoBxDGcpARA\" target=\"\u201c_blank\u201d\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> a \u00abcasa do bispo\u00bb<\/a> <\/strong>, no final do bairro antigo, pr\u00f3xima do outro grande bairro da cidade. Quando os mission\u00e1rios claretianos chegaram com Casald\u00e1liga em julho de 1968, a cidade era apenas um povoado junto ao rio.<\/p>\n<p>A menos de 100 metros do cais, havia <a class=\"blog-link\" a=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/cc7osva3QsWwjHWq7\" target=\"\u201c_blank\u201d\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> <strong> a pequena capela sertaneja<\/strong><\/a>, o sino era sustentado por dois troncos de \u00e1rvore. Por aquela pequena capela, aproximadamente uma vez a cada ano, passavam alguns mission\u00e1rios, principalmente salesianos, para celebrar missa e administrar os sacramentos \u00e0s pessoas da regi\u00e3o. No quintal daquela primeira casa <a class=\"blog-link\" a=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/cc7osva3QsWwjHWq7\" target=\"\u201c_blank\u201d\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">foram plantadas <strong>duas mangueiras <\/strong> <\/a>, que hoje t\u00eam mais de 50 anos e se erguem majestosamente, reverenciando o rio Araguaia.<\/p>\n<p>Daquela varando sobre o rio, em uma noite de luar, <a class=\"blog-link\" a=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/servicioskoinonia.org\/agenda\/archivo\/obra.php?ncodigo=514\" target=\"\u201c_blank\u201d\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Casald\u00e1liga escreveu seu <strong> poema para o Che<\/strong><\/a>, escutando coment\u00e1rios internacionais sobre ele no r\u00e1dio de onda curta: <!-- p --><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab<span>Escucho, al transistor, c\u00f3mo te canta<\/span><br \/><span>la juventud rebelde,<\/span><br \/><span>mientras el Araguaia late a mis pies,<\/span><br \/><span>como una arteria viva,<\/span><br \/><span>transido por la luna casi llena.<\/span><br \/><span>Se apaga toda luz. Era uma casa com apenas um quarto e a cozinha. Foi a casa onde se hospedava Leonardo Vilas-Boas e depois, at\u00e9 a nossa chegada, foi uma casa onde se vendia carne. Durante o ano de 1970 foi constru\u00edda outra casa, porque a equipe foi crescendo e onde hoje \u00e9 a sede da Prefeitura Municipal &#8230; \u00bb. Era a prioridade pastoral para o desenvolvimento integral do Araguaia. A <a class=\"blog-link\" a=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/fperecasaldaliga.org\/pt-br\/irene-pedro-casaldaliga\/\" target=\"\u201c_blank\u201d\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Irm\u00e3 Irene Franceschini<\/a>, chanceler da Prelazia e alma do impressionante Arquivo da mesma, foi tamb\u00e9m a secret\u00e1ria dessa primeira escola.<\/p>\n<p>Apesar de ter sido desmantelado pela ditadura em 1973 o <strong>\u00abGin\u00e1sio Estadual do Araguaia\u00bb<\/strong> tornou-se refer\u00eancia da educa\u00e7\u00e3o na regi\u00e3o e no estado de Mato Grosso e foi semente da forma\u00e7\u00e3o pol\u00edtica de muitos e muitas no Araguaia.<\/p>\n<p>O pr\u00e9dio do gin\u00e1sio foi transformado em Centro Comunit\u00e1rio para as diversas  atividades da Prelazia e hoje se chama, <strong> <a class=\"blog-link\" a=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/yGL6sdqC5Tw51NUg9\" target=\"\u201c_blank\u201d\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00abCentro Comunit\u00e1rio Tia Irene\u00bb<\/a> <\/strong>, em homenagem \u00e0 mulher que dedicou sua vida ao Araguaia. Nesse local se realizou a celebra\u00e7\u00e3o eucar\u00edstica da P\u00e1scoa de Pedro, que muitos de n\u00f3s e v\u00e1rios milhares de pessoas em todo o mundo acompanhamos online.<\/p>\n<p>No dia do enterro de Casald\u00e1liga, a prociss\u00e3o saiu para a rua (em dire\u00e7\u00e3o ao rio), dobrou \u00e0 esquerda, para o norte, levando o corpo de Casald\u00e1liga para o cemit\u00e9rio, a cerca de 200 metros. Estamos perto o suficiente para \u00abadivinharmos\u00bb a terra que abra\u00e7a seu caix\u00e3o, embaixo de um p\u00e9 de Pequi (pequizeiro, Caryocar brasiliense), a 50 metros da \u00e1gua do Araguaia, que beija e mima, com devo\u00e7\u00e3o, o humilde morro do cemit\u00e9rio.<\/p>\n<p>Este ret\u00e2ngulo vertical, sugerido por suas pequenas paredes, \u00e9 o cemit\u00e9rio onde foram sepultados os ancestrais ind\u00edgenas, \u00ableg\u00edtimos imperadores da Am\u00e9rica\u00bb, como Casald\u00e1liga os chama na <strong> <a class=\"blog-link\" a=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/pBNqtK-VF5g\" target=\"\u201c_blank\u201d\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00abMissa da Terra sem males\u00bb<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Praticamente at\u00e9 o in\u00edcio do s\u00e9culo 20, toda a regi\u00e3o era habitada apenas por esses povos e S\u00e3o F\u00e9lix s\u00f3 teve habitantes n\u00e3o ind\u00edgenas a partir de 1941. Por\u00e9m, com a chegada do agro-capitalismo, principalmente a partir dos anos 60, &#8211; desta vez n\u00e3o em busca de ouro, mas de terra, latif\u00fandio -, o cemit\u00e9rio teve que receber os trabalhadores sem terra; os &#8216;<em>pe\u00f5es<\/em>&#8216; maltratados e mortos pelos latifundi\u00e1rios e as companhias do agroneg\u00f3cio; as crian\u00e7as morrendo de fome e mal\u00e1ria &#8230; e a pr\u00f3pria popula\u00e7\u00e3o local.<\/p>\n<p>Casald\u00e1liga explica com paix\u00e3o testemunhal em seu \u00abdi\u00e1rio de miss\u00e3o\u00bb como<strong> a sua alma se quebrava com os enterros <\/strong> que ele pr\u00f3prio celebrou nos seus primeiros anos de miss\u00e3o neste cemit\u00e9rio.<\/p>\n<p>Por isso, em seus \u00faltimos anos, pediu, \u00abse n\u00e3o fosse um privil\u00e9gio\u00bb, ser sepultado ali, junto com os \u00edndios, os sem-terra, os pe\u00f5es, as crian\u00e7as,&#8230;as pessoas an\u00f4nimas do Araguaia, os mais pobres, \u00abquase sempre sem caix\u00e3o, muitas vezes sem nome\u00bb&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text admin_label=&#8221;Text&#8221;
