En enero de este a\u00f1o, nuestro peque\u00f1o peri\u00f3dico \u201cALVORADA\u201d cumpli\u00f3 50 a\u00f1os. Fue el primer ‘peri\u00f3dico’ de nuestro Araguaia.<\/p>\n

Han sido 50 a\u00f1os contando c\u00f3mo ha sido el recorrido de nuestra Prelatura, pero sobre todo, registrando la vida y las luchas de las gentes de esta regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

El primer n\u00famero de \u201cALVORADA – Folha\u201d (hoja) de la Prelatura de S\u00e3o F\u00e9lix, como se llamaba, sali\u00f3 en enero de 1970. Una sola hoja mimeografiada.<\/p>\n

Busc\u00e1bamos un nombre para esta \u201choja\u201d y en ese momento lleg\u00f3 a Santa Terezinha el Padre Francisco Jentel, en una canoa que hab\u00eda bautizado como \u201cAlvorada\u201d (amanecer). Su llegada, cortando la superficie del R\u00edo Araguaia, inspir\u00f3 el nombre del primer veh\u00edculo de comunicaci\u00f3n de esta regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

\u201cALVORADA\u201d ha sido objeto de estudio por parte de algunos investigadores interesados en la prensa alternativa.<\/a><\/p>\n
